This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to the casino and a short drive to the centre of Alice Springs. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory. The breakfast included is a bonus, adding to the overall value of the stay.
One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms, as mentioned in some reviews.

Good value for money. Good Location, friendly staff
It does not have a microwave in the rooms. Microwave in the rooms would add value to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The spacious nicely decorated standard room had two queen beds and a clean ensuite. The large restaurant has a bar and the food and service was very good during our 2 and 3 night stays. The guest laundry (3 washing m/c and 1 dryer) proved to be another bonus for us.
The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the city centre.

The hotel is well located, close to downtown and the casino. the Charles river, though dry, adds to the scenery. Rooms are spacious, with large windows and beautiful views. the heating and cooling system is excellent, and the fridge is kept empty for convenience.
The hotel is neglected and outdated. There were several maintenance issues, such as slow or non-flushing toilets and dripping faucets.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had an easy access from the street(when we did come back from the pub late at night we did not disturb anybody). It was a bonus to be able to relax in the Swimming pool and spa with the view of McDonnell Ranges... The Hotel restaurant serves breakfast which was very convinient. Although the hotel is about 20min walking distance from the center of Alice Springs, the taxi service is available and not very expensive. I also appreciate the courtesy bus to the airport.

The room was large, clean and comfortable, we had plenty of room to set up our laptop and printer. A really nice big spacious room. Very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly. The price was good value for money.
People were smoking outside and the smoke came into the room. Our room was directly above where all the coaches set up and was extremely noisy. You could hear people coming up and down the steel stairs all night too. If we didn't have earplugs, we would not have got any sleep at all. I would reccommend if you don't get a room above the coaches or if you travel with earplugs.

Stayed during Easter, great weather and location, walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. The pool area was amazing, perfect for a refreshing dip in the hot weather. The room was fairly spacious with a comfortable bed and nice views.
Room was outdated, could use some updates to modernize the space. Bathroom was not in the best shape, although it was clean.

Arrived late and room had not been cleaned. When I approaxched staff I felt that my issue was intruding intot heir evening. Goodness knows if the shherts and piloowcaces were in the room I would have made the bed myself. Was not happy. Ands then the receptionist said breakfast could not be provided complimentary the next morn as a gesture of good will. Not happy at all reALLY

Celebrated New Year here and it was amazing! Beautiful scenery with red rocks everywhere! the pool is lovely- large and clean, with plenty of sun loungers and a fantastic view. the staff were friendly and helpful.
It's a little out of town, so if you're not travelling by car it can be a bit of a walk to get to food and other facilities.

Our 3 night visit to Alice Springs unfortunately coincided with a very cold change in the temperature, however we were very comfortable in our motel unit even it was a little cool. We chose Alice in the Territory because of the airport transfers and appreciated the airport pickup, a courtesy van into Alice on our second day and the transfer back to the airport on our day of departure. Unit was well appointed and very clean. Would recommend to all. We had a very enjoyable stay.
The aircon in our room seemed to have difficulty in bringing heat to the unit but this wouldn't have been an issue if the weather had been kinder to us. Location is about 30 minutes walk out of town which unless travelling by own vehicle or prepared to take a cab, is a little inconvenient.
